The Rock Chicks The girls at Rockrose house come together to support each other with what each other are going through but also for lots of fun.
| In her everyday work as a wig specialist, Louise saw more and more the need for a certain type of support for younger
women and so The Rock Chicks came about. This group caters for women up to the age of 47. They meet once a month
at Rock Rose House, Castlebar, and they cover a different activity every month. The 2010 theme was Art, so in November,
the Chicks are had an Art exhibition in Mayo General Hospital, where they displayed the work that they did throughout the year.
