Gruawig is a small business which supplies suitable and
natural looking wigs, and accompanying services, to
women wtih hairloss conditions. There are many reasons, known and unknown, that result in hairloss. Due to her
own experience of hairloss as a result of chemotherapy,
Louise (owner and
stylist) knows and understands the sensitivity of these
conditions to women. Gruawig
concentrates on the needs of women experiencing hairloss
in a friendly, relaxed and comfortable environment and aims
to make women feel comfortable and confident when leaving the salon. For convenience, Louise also works
from the Mayo General
Hospital and Rockrose house depending on which locations
suit the client.
To organise a consulatation simply call Louise for an appointment. In the case of Chemotherapy clients, the consultation is needed as near to the date of the first
treatment as possible. For women with Alopecia or other reasons, the consultation is needed when the client feels
ready and sure that this is the best option for them |
On consultation Louise will go through the different hairloss processes with the client
and organise the follow-on appointment
for cutting and fitting. For consultation contacts and times please see our contacts page.
